Good Morning John, I just debarked the Carnival Breeze and I have so much to say. It begins with embarkation, it was the smoothest I have ever had. I boarded the vessel and had a breathtaking moment of how beautiful the ship was. While going to Lido for lunch, I just couldn't stop staring at how amazing the ship was. Every crew member was fantastic. Then I met the cruise director (Matt Mitcham) during the sail a away party and was such a great guy, more about him later on. And as the 6-day cruise went on, it was like every other cruise. And then came last night. The song "You're Leaving our Funship" makes me bawl every time, and didn't fail to do so this time. My waiter Iliya (iliya) was such a great guy, he was so friendly and became a great friend. He comforted me while crying last night, also Marcos and the other waiter whose name I cannot remember who also served table 560 in the Lower Blush Dining Room. Now we get into the specifics/crew mentions. I'd like to give a shoutout to the entertainment staff: Lloyd, Zoe, Marissa, and Ariana. They made my cruise PERFECT. They were amazing. Then comes the Assistant Cruise Director: Dustin, he was amazing. Then comes an unusual one: Ana Maria, the Guest Services Manager. She learned my name on the second night during the captain's celebration and didn't forget it. She comforted me last night while crying. And now for the big one: Matt Mitcham, the cruise director. As you know, my mother made a request to get me with the cruise director, thank you for that. He was such a great person. I cannot put into words just HOW great he was. Yesterday, during the morning show, he invited me on to be with them. He reinforced me wanting to be a cruise director (I still do). This morning, during disembarkation, he had a sign that said Free Hugs, and I hugged him...and cried. Matt even promised me a copy of the DVD of the morning show, he carried it around with him during all of debarkation morning just to give it to me. The last crew member I'd like to mention is Ketut, my stateroom steward for room 6306. He was the best steward I've ever had. He learned both my brother and I's names. It was such a great time. I'd like it if you could send this message to all of the crew members that I mentioned, as well as their supervisors. So please send this to all of the crew that I mentioned, once again.
Thank you for everything John,
Naddav Rubina
